People have a hard time letting go of their suffering. Out of a fear of the unknown, they prefer suffering that is familiar.We have to walk in a way that we only print peace and serenity on the Earth. Walk as if you are kissing the Earth with your feet.

Sometimes your joy is the source of your smile, but sometimes your smile can be the source of your joy. The most precious gift we can offer others is our presence. When mindfulness embraces those we love, they will bloom like flowers.

Hope is important because it can make the present moment less difficult to bear. If we believe that tomorrow will be better, we can bear a hardship today.My actions are my only true belongings. I cannot escape the consequences of my actions. My actions are the ground upon which I stand.

Keeping your body healthy is an expression of gratitude to the whole cosmos – the trees, the clouds, everything. In true dialogue, both sides are willing to change.

We have more possibilities available in each moment than we realize. If in our daily life we can smile, if we can be peaceful and happy, not only we, but everyone will profit from it. This is the most basic kind of peace work.
